About the Role:

Key Requirements
  • Backend Development: Expert-level knowledge of Python, Java, C#, or Golang, with strong understanding of distributed systems and scalable architectures.
  • Data & Messaging: Advanced skills in Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
  • Cloud Technologies: Proficient in AWS, GCP, Azure, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Bamboo).
  • System Design & Architecture: Knowledge of microservices, domain-driven design, event-driven architecture, reusable frameworks, shared libraries.
  • AI & Innovation: Preferred skills in adoption of AI accelerators, LLMs, Vector Databases, AI-first engineering practices.
  • Collaboration & Leadership: Technical mentorship, stakeholder management, cross-team communication, org-wide technical direction.
