Lead Internal Control Professional

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee internal control reviews and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions. This role requires a Chartered Accountant with over 8 years of experience in internal audit/accounting audit/internal control roles, preferably in a Big 4 environment.
Main Responsibilities:- Conduct on-site internal control assessments and identify areas for improvement.
- Facilitate coordination of mandatory reporting requirements, including quarterly attestation and semi-annual balance sheet reviews.
- Risk assessment and mitigation strategies will be essential in this role.
- Support location management teams during operational and financial audits by preparing responses to auditor inquiries and closing deficiencies.
- Accounting document analysis will be required to ensure compliance with US GAAP and Indian Accounting Standards.
- Chartered Accountant with over 8 years of experience in internal audit/accounting audit/internal control roles.
- Manufacturing industry experience with cross-functional departments is highly desirable.
- Able to perform process audits and month-end reviews independently.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and Indian Accounting Standards.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
