Outlet Manager Job Description

The Outlet Manager is a key role in our hospitality organization, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets. This position requires strong leadership skills, business acumen, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales forecasts and budget plans to ensure revenue growth and profitability.
  • Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement, implementing strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs.
  • Lead a team of staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality products.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Implement and measure profit enhancement programs to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on sales performance and customer feedback.
  • Maintain control measures to ensure food, beverage costs, productivity, labor costs, and operating supply costs are in line with expectations.

Leadership and Communication Skills:

  • Conduct regular team meetings to ensure all pertinent information is well received by team members.
  • Supervise staff members to ensure tasks assigned are carried out on time and according to instruction and departmental standards.
  • Build strong relationships with guests or regular patrons, remembering individual patrons' names and their preferences to extend personalized service.

Certifications and Qualifications:

  • Secondary/High school education.
  • Additional certifications in Food & Beverage will be an advantage.
  • Good reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language.

Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • High degree of professionalism with sound human resources management and business acumen capabilities.
