Job Title: Telecom Network Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Telecom Network Engineer to join our team.

As a Telecom Network Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex telecom networks. Your expertise will ensure that our network infrastructure is efficient, reliable, and scalable.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent technical skills and experience working with Cisco UCCE/UCCX/PCCE solutions, 3rd party call recording platforms, and voice over internet protocol (VOIP) technologies.

You should also have a strong understanding of VOIP protocols such as SIP, H.323, and MGCP, as well as ITIL process knowledge. Additionally, you should be familiar with Cisco Voice network deployment models and understand the functioning of voice network devices.
