Performance Quality Specialist

Our organization seeks a skilled and experienced Performance Quality Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of applications and services.
Key Responsibilities:- The ideal candidate should have at least 1-8 years of relevant work experience in performance testing with JMeter.
- They must perform thorough analysis and testing to assess tool and framework capabilities based on client needs.
- Additionally, they should estimate hardware size and count of load generators for targeted user/transaction concurrency.
- Developing expert-level knowledge in performance tools, test execution, analysis, and report preparation is essential.
- Understanding SDLC, Performance Test Life Cycle, Defect logging, and Tracking is also crucial.
- Applicants must have the ability to analyze application configuration, logs, GC, and troubleshooting using APM tools like Dynatrace or AppDynamics.
- Effective communication of results to stakeholders and delivering under pressure are key requirements.
- Maintaining sound knowledge of web servers, application servers, DB servers, and shell scripting is vital.
- Experience with SQL Developer tool and SQL query is necessary.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is crucial.
- Hands-on experience with JMeter and performance testing tools is essential.
- Knowledge of software development life cycles and testing methodologies is necessary.
