As a seasoned professional with 5+ years of experience in embedded systems development and software engineering, you will be responsible for guiding projects from inception to delivery, while fostering a collaborative team environment. Your technical expertise and leadership capabilities will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers to deliver high-quality technical solutions, ensuring timely project completion and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and cross-functional teams, promoting a culture of transparency and open dialogue.
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support team members' professional growth, helping them achieve their full potential.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, making data-driven decisions to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and objectives, aligning technical goals with business outcomes.
  • Design and develop embedded systems using Embedded C/C++ for microcontroller-based applications, including development on bare-metal, RTOS, and Linux environments.
  • Implement and manage cloud solutions using AWS or other cloud platforms, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.
  • Utilize Python for scripting and automation tasks in embedded development, streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency.
  • Work with FPGAs for high-performance computing and signal processing applications, driving innovation and excellence.
  • Use version control systems (GIT) and project management tools (Jira) for effective workflow management, promoting agility and adaptability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware and software integration, providing expert guidance and support.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in technical principles and concepts.
  • 5+ years of experience in embedded systems development and software engineering, showcasing expertise and maturity in the field.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, managing technical teams and projects, with a track record of delivering results and driving success.
  • Strong proficiency in Embedded C/C++, Python, and other relevant programming languages, enabling efficient problem-solving and innovative thinking.
  • Hands-on experience with microcontrollers, SoCs, and FPGAs, including development on bare-metal, RTOS, and Linux environments, ensuring versatility and flexibility.
  • Experience with AWS/cloud solutions, providing a solid understanding of cloud architecture and deployment strategies.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies and tools, including GIT and Jira, facilitating efficient collaboration and project management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing requirements and priorities.
