About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Dean Infotech Private Limited. As a Business Analyst specializing in Salesforce optimization, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our clients' business needs and powerful Salesforce solutions.

Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with stakeholders, developers, and project managers to ensure that Salesforce is customized and optimized to drive efficiency and achieve business objectives. This includes collaborating with clients to gain a deep understanding of their business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and pinpointing opportunities to leverage Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Client Collaboration: Partner with clients to gain a deep understanding of their business processes and identify areas for improvement.

• Requirements Gathering: Collect and meticulously document detailed business requirements, translating them into actionable functional specifications for development teams.

• Documentation Management: Maintain comprehensive records of all system changes, configurations, and customizations for future reference and knowledge transfer.

• Gap Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses to assess the impact of proposed system changes and enhancements, ensuring alignment with the client's overall business objectives.

• Solution Design & Implementation: Collaborate with Salesforce developers to design and implement custom solutions tailored to address specific client needs and challenges.

• Best Practices Adherence: Ensure that all Salesforce solutions are scalable, maintainable, and adhere to industry best practices for optimal performance.

• End-User Training & Support: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and provide ongoing support to end-users, maximizing their proficiency and fostering user adoption of Salesforce functionalities.

• Innovation & Enhancement: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the Salesforce platform and drive continual innovation within the client's organization.

Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Business Analyst and a strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying and resolving business challenges are required for this role. In addition, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, are essential. Proven proficiency in Salesforce, including expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud functionalities, as well as working knowledge of Salesforce integrations with other relevant business systems, are also necessary. Additionally, the ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment is required. Salesforce Administrator Certification, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Certification, and Salesforce Business Analyst Certification are highly preferred. A Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech) or Bachelor of Engineering (B. ) in Electronics/Telecommunication or Computer Science is preferred, and a postgraduate degree is a plus.
