Design Project Coordinator Role

This position is ideal for a skilled project manager who can oversee design projects from concept to delivery. The successful candidate will have experience in creating and maintaining project schedules, allocating resources, and tracking progress.

Key skills required include project management methodologies, proficiency in tools such as Wrike or Asana, and knowledge of design principles and processes. Resource allocation and quality assurance are also essential components of this role.

  • Project Management: Create and maintain project schedules, allocate resources, and track progress.
  • Design Knowledge: Coordinate design projects related to packaging/label/artwork, assessing workloads, availability, and skills of design team members.
  • Data Analysis: Generate project reports and make data-driven decisions for process improvement.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with design software and collaboration tools.
Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain project schedules and timelines.
  • Allocate design tasks to appropriate team members.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines.
