Role Summary:As a key member of our design team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our projects from conception through to completion.
You'll be responsible for conceptualising and developing project requirements, ensuring that our designs meet the needs and vision of our clients.
- Design Conceptualisation & Ideation
- Collaborate with clients to understand and develop project requirements
- Collaborate with and guide team members
- Prepare and present design proposals using 3D models, drawings, and renderings
- Coordinate with construction teams to ensure design specifications are met during project execution
- Manage project documentation
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, materials, and regulations
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- Proficient in design software like AutoCAD, Sketchup, Enscape
- Good verbal and written communication skills
