Ad Sales Strategist 

We are seeking a seasoned and driven Ad Sales Strategist to join our fast-paced, innovative environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing advertising sales strategies, building client relationships, and driving revenue. They will work closely with clients, agencies, and internal teams to craft effective campaigns that align with our audience and brand.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement ad sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients.
  • Manage the sales pipeline efficiently, from lead generation to closure, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.

Client Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, media agencies, and other stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored advertising solutions that deliver results.

Campaign Management:

  • Collaborate with creative, marketing, and analytics teams to design impactful ad campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide clients with detailed reporting and insights.

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve ad products and sales approaches.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Contribute to product innovation by sharing client feedback and market needs.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in advertising sales, media sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms, analytics tools, and CRM software.
