About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Supply Chain Planning Specialist to join our team at Colgate-Palmolive Company. As a key member of our planning team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing applications like Kinaxis, SCM Advanced Planning Optimization (APO), or Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement planning applications to meet business requirements
  • Collaborate with business partners to understand requirements and challenges across all geographies
  • Analyze and provide solutions using existing technologies and identify new techniques and technologies to drive business growth
  • Lead and/or perform the design, testing, and implementation of SAP and non-SAP systems configuration
  • Document detailed specifications of configuration design, test, and training programs
  • Maintain production systems reliability through correct utilization of GIT standard support and governance processes
  • Support day-to-day business requirements according to global SLA and respond to emergencies (24/7)

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on working experience on Kinaxis or 3+ years in APO, IBP, or any SCM other planning applications
  • At least 1+ year of IT role collecting business requirements, developing, configuring, and implementing or supporting planning applications
  • Knowledge of ECC processes in the area of material management (MM) or sales and distribution (SD) is desired
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with an ability to express technical concepts in business terms and business needs in technical specifications in English
  • Good ability to adapt and work with a variety of situations, technologies, and individuals

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems logically and systematically to identify and communicate root causes
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical information verbally as well as in written formats
  • Proficient English language skills
