The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide a team to deliver comprehensive Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring, governance, oversight, and regulatory reporting. A background in compliance and experience in managing KYC operations is essential. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate with senior business leaders and stakeholders.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance and/or KYC operations management;
- Strong knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and guidelines;
- Excellent leadership and communication skills;
- Ability to analyze complex data and identify areas for process improvement;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
