Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain open communication with all stakeholders, including subject matter experts and team members.
  • Leverage your expertise to improve certification programs and collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure up-to-date training materials.
  • Manage the Learning Management System and analyze related metrics.
Requirements:
  • A Business Master's degree or equivalent qualification, complemented by a Bachelor's in Engineering.
  • Experience in competency development, training, and project execution.
  • Technical knowledge of digital tools for data management and e-learning platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in an international and multicultural environment.
  • Capacity to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Certification in People Analytics or a related field is advantageous.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
