We are seeking an experienced IT Professional to join our team as a Network and Security Manager. This is a challenging role that requires strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our Office IT network, ensuring its security, and implementing best practices. They will also be responsible for building, maintaining, and assessing network infrastructure, highlighting key findings that can benefit the business.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operation of Office IT network
  • Build and implement network configurations as per design
  • Perform operational tasks to resolve incidents and requests in a timely manner
  • Implementing best practices and creating SOPs for repeated tasks
  • Actively participate in war room during any P1 or P2 cases until resolved
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of experience in network and security domain
  • Hands-on experience in routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), MPLS, VRF Lite, HA Switching (Cisco Nexus - VSS, VPC, GRE tunnel, Get-VPN), Firewall (Cisco ASA firepower, Fortigate, proxy), Cisco ISE (AAA Raduis and Dot1X authentication), F5 load balancer (LTM and GTM)
  • ITIL process knowledge (change management, problem management, incident management)
