Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Process Executive. This role is responsible for processing Payroll Control and Pension Reconciliations, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to regulatory bodies.


Key Responsibilities
  • Providing excellent pension reconciliation and payroll control services in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensuring any possible changes to procedures are raised, discussed, and agreed upon with management before implementation.
  • Processing daily workload, keeping Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and team members informed of progress throughout the day to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Liaising with other teams when mismatches or technical issues occur.
  • Utilizing multiple EQ pensions administration systems to access and retrieve banking data.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Able to learn quickly
  • Effective at working independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills to manage workload priorities effectively
  • Good attention to detail as the role largely involves collating and inputting data
  • Basic math skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Snipping Tool
  • Able to run macros in Microsoft Excel and understand basic formulas
  • Able to use internet banking to access and retrieve bank statement data
  • Able to work across multiple systems
  • Able to work well under pressure and remain focused during peak activity periods
