Job Opportunity:

A seasoned professional is required to act as the primary point of contact for client concerns and needs, maintaining accurate records while effectively communicating with various teams. The ideal candidate will have experience working on monthly social media calendars and ORM/social media listening for brands.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Managing client relationships and resolving concerns in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining up-to-date client records, including financial information.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize systems and processes.
  • Contributing to the development of brand communication strategies.
  • Providing creative input and ideas for campaigns.
  • Presenting regular reports to management and clients on account activities.
  • Staying informed about social media trends and platforms, and applying this knowledge to drive creative ideation.
  • Developing presentations and maintaining intermediate-level Excel/Google Suite skills.
  • Presenting ideas to clients with minimal supervision.

Requirements for the position include:

  • 2-6 years of relevant work experience.
  • A background in Integrated Solutions or a similar field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Intermediate-level Excel/Google Suite skills.
