  • Manage the design, creation, and production of customer experience elements from product concept through completion

  • Review and analyze high-profile or complex projects and may lead projects or teams of user-centered design specialists
  • Analyze relevant internal and external sites and consult standards and guidelines as well as policies to determine best practices

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of online and digital product design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Experience with prototyping tools, such as Figma
  • Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles
  • Ability to work in an Agile methodology and collaborate with software engineers and architects
