Job Title: French Language LLM Trainer Role

Are you an expert in the French language and passionate about training Large Language Models? We are seeking a skilled LLM trainer with native or professional proficiency in French to join our team. As an LLM trainer, you will play a key role in developing and refining our language models, ensuring they meet the highest standards of accuracy and fluency.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality training data for our LLMs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate LLMs into our products and services
- Design and implement effective training protocols to optimize model performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to model performance and data quality

Requirements:
- 3+ years of overall professional experience in a technical or analytical field
- Strong general technical reasoning skills and ability to model real-world assistant behavior using tool-based APIs
- Excellent written communication skills in English, with a focus on clarity, tone, and instructional coherence
- Creativity and attention to detail in crafting realistic scenarios and responses
- Native or professional proficiency in French Language is required
