Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Operations Manager to lead our Logistics and Operations function. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for driving strategic planning, ensuring efficient operations, and overseeing procurement and warehouse management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement 6-month rolling operational plans with scenario analysis for raw/packaging material requirements.
  • Chair weekly Strategic Planning & S&OP meetings with Sales, Finance, and Procurement teams to align production schedules with market demand.
  • Manage end-to-end procurement of raw materials and packaging materials.
  • Oversight of 3PL operations and warehousing Profit and Loss management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (mandatory).
  • MBA in Supply Chain Management or Operations (preferred).
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, preferably in the FMCG or D2C sector.
  • Advanced Excel and ERP skills (SAP MM module, Kinaxis RapidResponse).
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, quality standards, and operational best practices in FMCG.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
