Executive Project Manager Job Summary

A seasoned Executive Project Manager is sought to lead end-to-end transitions across various functions in the Property & Casualty domain.

  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 16 years of IT project management experience, focusing on non-financial and accounting functions.
  • A proven track record of successfully managing mid-to-large-scale migration projects is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently lead multiple transition projects through strong project management principles and deliver projects within timelines.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams across global delivery centers.
  • Establish robust governance, track deliverables, and transparently report status to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify and report project risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Capture learning and best practices and ensure reinforcement in subsequent projects.
  • Deliver training sessions to internal managers on the company's transition methodology and approach.
Requirements:
  • Expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall is required.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project and JIRA is necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities are essential.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is required.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills are necessary.
