Marketing Operations Specialist Role

Support clients in managing Meta ad operations. This role involves technical setup of ad assets, resolving platform-related issues, and ensuring campaign execution on Meta.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage Meta assets such as Ad Accounts, Business Manager, Pages, Pixels, and Catalogs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Meta Ads (account restrictions, pixel errors, catalog sync issues, etc.) for clients.
  • Assist in ensuring campaigns are set up correctly by providing the required assets and configurations.
  • Ensure proper role assignment and access controls for clients, consultants, and team members on Meta Business Manager.
  • Maintain trackers and logs for asset requests, issue resolutions, and turnaround times (TAT).
  • Follow defined SOPs, highlight recurring issues, and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Work closely with clients to ensure smooth campaign execution without delays.
Requirements
  • 12 years of experience in digital marketing operations, ad support, or campaign execution.
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Manager and ad-related assets (Pixel, Catalog, Ad Account setup).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Comfort with Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and tracking.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ownership and accountability.
