Expert Financial Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced financial management expert to join our team. This individual will have a proven track record of successful end-to-end implementations or support on Workday Configuration.
Mandatory Skills:- Over 10 years of experience in ERP consulting with expertise in implementing Workday Financial Management or other ERP systems.
- Experience in implementing various functional areas including Financial Accounting, Procurement, Supplier Accounts, Customer Management, Customer Contracts, Business Assets, Banking, Expenses, and Intercompany.
- Achieved Workday Finance Certifications in at least one area, preferably Record to Report.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Opportunity to work independently or as part of a team to participate in configuration support.
- Ability to gather requirements and prototype configuration changes.
- Chance to maintain current Business Processes and Setup data by resolving defects, enhancing and applying updates as necessary.
- Analyze business requirements and produce detailed solution specifications.
- Ensure productive operations of Workday System Architecture including all interfaces and custom reports/dashboards.
- Track issues and risks, communicate status, and escalate concerns.
