As a senior software professional, you will be responsible for building robust backend systems from concept to completion.


You will work closely with diverse teams to create exceptional products and drive innovation and process improvement.

You will be responsible for working with a team of engineers in design, development, testing, and deployment of a range of products on web and mobile platforms.


A successful candidate will have an established background in developing customer-facing experiences, strong technical ability, excellent project execution skills, great communication skills, and a motivation to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.


Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing, coding, and testing complex features, leading and mentoring other engineers, helping build engineering teams, driving technology and product innovation through rapid prototyping and iterative development, being a technical subject matter expert, representing the full internal and external capabilities of the platform, leading complex architectural discussions, identifying product/functionality gaps, collaborating internal product and technology teams to define the necessary development to support solution delivery, driving integration efforts, leading critical work streams of strategic initiatives sponsored by senior executives, driving engineering excellence through CI/CD, and proactive response in identifying and troubleshooting integration or technical issues.


Key requirements for this role include designing, developing, and maintaining frontend applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and other relevant technologies, experience with web front end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, Webpack, Bootstrap, Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, 14+ years of experience in building successful production software systems, collaboration with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to implement user-friendly features and interfaces, writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards, optimizing frontend applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness, conducting code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to established standards, troubleshooting and debugging frontend issues, staying up to date with the latest frontend development trends, tools, and technologies, recommending best practices to enhance team productivity and product quality, participating in Agile development processes, mentoring junior engineers, and demonstrating a high level of curiosity, passion for technology, pride of ownership, and striving for excellence.
