Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our team.

What You'll Do

  • In your new role, you'll design and maintain innovative solutions that meet customer needs.
  • You'll work within a feature team and use your expertise to engineer software, scripts, and tools that are often complex.

You'll Also Be Responsible For

  • Producing high-quality software rapidly which adds value to the business
  • Working in permanent teams who are responsible for the full life cycle
  • Collaborating to optimise software engineering capability
  • Designing, producing, testing, and implementing working code
  • Working across the life cycle from requirements analysis and design through coding to testing, deployment, and operations
Required Skills and Qualifications

You'll need a background in software engineering, software design, architecture, and an understanding of how your area of expertise supports customers.

  • Eight to twelve years of experience in CICD Automation: GitLab, UDeploy, Jenkins
  • Cloud Solutions: AWS, Terraform
  • Observability/Monitoring: Grafana, DXAPM, Open Telemetry, Prometheus, CloudWatch
  • Software Engineering Languages: Unix, YAML, Groovy, Java, Maven, Node NPM, PowerShell
  • Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes
