\Tata Consultancy Services Limited seeks a skilled Hardware Asset Manager to oversee the strategic management of hardware stock forecasting, ensuring compliance with vendor contracts across various tools.
\The ideal candidate will interact with vendors to request quotes and update asset information, manage incident closure related to the Asset management process, and maintain accurate records within the Configuration management Database (CMDB) throughout the lifecycle.
\This role requires effective management of the CMDB through developing dashboards and KPIs, providing support to teams, and generating standardized reports on a scheduled basis.
\The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing inventory of CI's and assets, planning, monitoring, and recording hardware assets in accordance with reporting tools, and performing trend analysis.
\This position is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to apply a continuous improvement approach in enhancing technology spending strategies.
