High-Voltage Inverter Mechanical Design Engineer

This role involves designing and developing the mechanical aspects of high-voltage inverters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and developing mechanical packaging, structures, and thermal management systems for high-voltage power inverters.
  • Advanced/expert in Unigraphics NX (modelling, drafting, plastic & casting design, generative sheet metal, generative shape design, DMU).
  • Possess excellent drafting knowledge and best practices of drafting according to international standards.
  • Knowledge of geometrical dimensioning and tolerancing.
  • Experience with design for manufacturing and assembly (DFM/DFA).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in high-voltage inverter design and development.
  • Expertise in Unigraphics NX and other relevant design software.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
