Job Role: Mortgage Sourcing Specialist

Sources and Acquires Customers

The Mortgage Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for identifying and sourcing potential mortgage customers within the designated branch catchment area. This involves building relationships with local business owners, entrepreneurs, and individuals who may require mortgage services.

Disbursement and Coordination

Once a potential customer is identified, the Mortgage Sourcing Specialist will coordinate with the Risk Team to facilitate the disbursement process. This includes collecting additional documents or information as required.

Customer Repayment and Relationship Management

The Mortgage Sourcing Specialist will also ensure timely repayment from customers and maintain a positive relationship with them to foster repeat business and referrals.
