Job Opportunity for Junior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled creative professional to join our team as a Junior Graphic Designer. The ideal candidate will have strong graphic design skills and a portfolio that demonstrates their passion for visual storytelling.

Main Responsibilities
  • To design high-impact graphics and visual assets for digital platforms, aligned with brand objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • To collaborate with marketing teams to deliver visually consistent assets across multiple channels.
  • To present design concepts, justify creative decisions, and adapt based on feedback from stakeholders.
  • To ensure all visual materials meet quality standards and brand guidelines.
  • To manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and delivering results-driven outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an industry-related field.
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in typography, composition, layout principles, and visual hierarchy.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and Figma.
  • Strong foundation in visual communication, user experience (UX), and user interface (UI) design principles.
  • Ability to design for web, print, and social media platforms, including creating brand collateral, logos, and marketing assets.
  • Familiarity with print processes and file setup for print-on-demand production.
  • Experience in asset optimization for performance and speed.
  • Knowledge of various social media platforms and online channels.
