Cloud Identity Engineer Opportunity

The ideal candidate for this Cloud Identity role will possess extensive experience in designing and implementing secure, robust, and innovative solutions in the public cloud. This includes expertise in various cloud concepts, services, and tools, particularly in the Cloud Identity and Access Management (CIAM) space.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide IAM solutions for migrating existing or integrating new applications across multiple Cloud providers, including Azure and AWS.
  • Offer IAM services for complex, multi-tier applications migrating to Cloud Platforms.
  • Select appropriate IAM Cloud controls based on given requirements.
  • Collaborate with vendors to develop and deploy Cloud services meeting customer expectations.
  • Integrate, configure, document, and deploy compliant infrastructure and supporting services in the Cloud platform.
  • Design, optimize, and document operational aspects of the Cloud platform.
  • Troubleshoot problems, resolve root cause, and fix bugs whenever possible.
Required Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of Azure AD and related services like Conditional access, Identity protection, Privileged identity management.
  • Strong knowledge of authentication methods, including SAML, OAuth, OpenID, and Kerberos.
  • Experience with Federated Identity solutions like PING Federate or ADFS.
  • Understanding of Zero Trust Architecture principles.
  • Prior experience with RBAC solutions for AWS and Azure.
  • Ability to create technical architecture documentation.
  • Excellent communication and written skills.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell and/or Python.
Desired Skills:
  • Prior experience in the Identity space with a background in Active Directory or similar LDAP stores.
  • Working knowledge of Azure Active Directory Connect synchronization software or similar technology.
  • Experience with compliance assurance tooling such as Prisma Cloud.
  • Familiarity with HashiCorp products, including Terraform, Vault, and Consul.
  • Knowledge and experience with risk control frameworks and engagements with risk and regulatory functions.
  • Understanding of CI/CD frameworks and methodologies, including automated testing and release pipelines.
  • Background in the financial industry.
