Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Shop Maintenance Technician to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine shop maintenance, with experience in grinding, turning, and machining center operations. They will also be familiar with CNC and PLC systems, including programming and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining and repairing machine tools, including grinders, lathes, and machining centers.

    ">

  • Performing preventative and predictive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance.

    ">

  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to machine tool operation.

    ">

  • Collaborating with production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes.

    ">

  • Developing and implementing maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in machine shop maintenance or a related field.

  • Diploma in Electrical/Electronics or equivalent qualification.

  • Strong understanding of CNC and PLC systems, including programming and troubleshooting.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
