Video Content Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Video Content Specialist to join our team and contribute to the creation of captivating video content that enhances our brand presence.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience editing video content, a portfolio showcasing relevant work, and proficiency with popular editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro. They should also possess strong organizational, attention-to-detail, and time management skills for meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble raw footage into polished videos aligned with our brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Add music, sound effects, voice-overs, and captions/subtitles to elevate the narrative.
  • Apply color correction, audio leveling, transitions, and text or graphic overlays to create engaging visuals.
  • Export optimized videos for various platforms and formats.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to deliver multiple drafts under tight deadlines.
  • Manage video files, archive projects, and maintain version control and asset libraries.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience editing video content; a portfolio showcasing relevant work is essential.
  • Proficiency with popular editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
  • Motion graphics, typography, and text animation skills are highly valued.
  • Strong organizational, attention-to-detail, and time management skills are necessary for meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent visual storytelling and pacing sense, with the ability to craft engaging hooks and rhythm.
  • A reliable internet connection and hardware capable of handling HD/4K edits.

Nice-to-Have / Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with 3D motion graphics using Blender or C4D.
  • Familiarity with AI editing tools like Runway or Veo3.
  • Knowledge of e-mobility, tech product content, or social media branding.
  • Ability to shoot basic b-roll or manage camera setup.
