Visual Designer

This is a Visual Designer role that involves creating visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of visual hierarchy, color theory, typography, and layout.

  1. Design Thinking : Ability to approach problem-solving with a user-centered perspective
  2. Analytical Skills : Strong ability to interpret user research data and identify patterns
  3. Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize and test design concepts.
  4. Interaction Design: Design user interfaces (UI) that are visually appealing, intuitive, and aligned with user expectations.
  5. Usability Testing: Conduct usability tests to identify issues and opportunities for improvement in the user experience.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design solutions align with business goals and technical constraints.
  7. Communication Skills : Effectively communicate design ideas and rationale to both technical and non-technical audiences
  8. Visual Design Skills : Understanding of visual hierarchy, color theory, typography, and layout
  9. Technical Skills : Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Sketch, and prototyping tools

  • Multi-tasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Analytical mind with business acumen
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Attention to detail and mastery of information design
