Financial Planner

As a Costing and Financial Planning Professional, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate cost sheets for products and services.

You will conduct detailed analysis of costs to identify opportunities for reduction and recommend optimization strategies. Additionally, you will track and update costs for raw materials, labor, overhead, and other expenses in real-time.

Collaboration with procurement and production teams is essential to ensure cost efficiency in sourcing and manufacturing. You will also compare actual costs with budgets and investigate variances to propose corrective actions.

In the Business Finance department, you will prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and cash flow reports to support business planning. You will provide insights on break-even analysis, pricing strategies, and margin improvement opportunities.

You will support management in decision-making with detailed cost-benefit analysis for investments and projects. Ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to finance and costing is also a key responsibility.

The Reporting and Collaboration department will involve presenting periodic cost analysis reports and financial insights to senior management. You will work closely with the accounts team to ensure accurate accounting of costs and inventory.

Cross-functional collaboration is crucial to enhance processes and achieve cost efficiency. Qualifications include an MBA or CA and ICWA, 5-7 years of experience in cost analysis, business finance, or management accounting, and strong proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling tools.

Familiarity with ERP systems, analytical mindset, attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required.
