Job Title: Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and implementing complex solutions in enterprise software platforms from requirements developed in partnership with peers.
  • MAPPING OUT AND DEFINING ENTERPRISE-WIDE DATA SOLUTION REQUIREMENTS FOR EFFICIENT BUSINESS PROCESS OPTIMIZATION.
  • Serving as the system administrator for enterprise-level software applications.
  • Developing and implementing process improvements across the organization to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Collaborating with teams to deliver customized software solutions to large-scale projects with integrations into data platforms, analytics tools, experience platforms, and creative services.
  • Working closely with design, sales, and marketing teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Familiarity with relational databases and SQL querying languages.
  • Experience with data migration from legacy systems and previous client tools.
  • Strong analytical, technical, and troubleshooting skills with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Experience with implementing software solutions in cloud-based environments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Deep understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies.
  • Expertise in relational database management systems and SQL.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Ability to think critically and approach problems with a consultative mindset.
