Job Title: UX Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled UX Designer to join our team at bizaccenknnect. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-centered design solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research to gather insights on user behavior and needs
  • Develop wireframes and task flows based on user needs
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to create intuitive and user-friendly software
  • Design user interface systems that convey rich and real-time information related to production systems and professional B2B web services
  • Stay updated on UX/UI trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the design process

Requirements:

  • 4 to 6 years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, or similar
  • UX-related role with accompanying experience in visual/graphic design and experience creating prototypes or wireframes
  • Demonstrable design portfolio
  • Ability to communicate design vision through verbal explanation, sketching, or quick mock-ups to small or large groups
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions based on user research and data analysis
  • Solid understanding of design systems and component libraries
  • Perennial self-starter who can create schedules and define the scope of work even without explicit requirements and direction
  • Knowledge of design parameters, web standards, and best practices for applications, web-based, and mobile applications
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch and Figma
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
