We specialize in cloud application hosting technology, providing robust solutions for top tax software programs.

Job Description:

  • Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, including installation, configuration, patch management, and performance tuning.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver remote support services to clients, resolving issues related to cloud services, server infrastructure, networking, and productivity software.
  2. Handle end-to-end migration of applications and infrastructure to the cloud, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
  3. Provide expert-level support for Office 365, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and other associated services.
  4. Configure and troubleshoot printer setups across various network environments.
  5. Implement and troubleshoot networking solutions, including VPN, VLAN, firewall configurations, and TCP/IP protocols.
  6. Administer Active Directory environments, including user/group management, GPO deployment, and DNS configuration.
  7. Configure and optimize Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) for secure remote access.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in cloud support and administration is highly advantageous.
  • Strong proficiency in Office 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
  • Solid understanding of Windows Server operating systems and Active Directory management.
  • Experience with printer setup and troubleshooting across different network configurations.
  • Knowledge of networking principles and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
  • Ability to provide effective remote support to clients, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
  • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate would be beneficial.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical users.
