Job Title: Cloud Operations Expert

 

  • About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Operations Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, developing, and implementing SLA, SLO, and SLI of services within a large-scale service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement SLA, SLO, and SLI of services within a large-scale service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality services.
  • Propose new technologies and tools to improve development, testing, and production operations.
  • Work closely with developers, product managers, project managers, team leads, security, and QA team members.

Key Qualifications:

  • Over 8 years of experience in SRE, handling high-traffic production systems independently, troubleshooting (middleware, infra), automation, regular operation, etc.
  • Experience in managing large-scale services.
  • Experience in designing and constructing public cloud platforms, preferably GCP.
  • Strong knowledge in CI/CD/CT pipeline using tools such as Jenkins/Bamboo and VCS such as GIT/SVN.
  • Good knowledge in LINUX based system operation and extensive skills in Linux commands.
  • Hands-on experience in Unix/Linux/Shell/Python scripting.
  • Experience with automation/configuration management, e.g., Terraform, Puppet, Chef, Ansible.
  • Experience in developing and operating one or more of following systems: Kubernetes, Nginx, ELK stack, Hadoop, etc.
