Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer Lead to join our team in Chennai, India. As a key member of our Digital Buildings growth team, you will be responsible for driving innovation and growth with building end-users of our Digital Buildings product portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop segment strategies with Marketing and Mar-Com teams to drive business opportunities and increase revenue for our Digital Buildings solution.
  • Contribute to sales business plans and develop business aligned with Schneider Electric's strategy.
  • Identify and contact potential shareholders to provide a healthy pipeline for the channel.
  • Report customer visits, opportunities, and other interactions on digital tools in a timely manner.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have at least 10 years of work experience handling residential builders and developers in the Chennai market. You should also possess strong analytical and negotiation skills, as well as good interpersonal skills.
