The Role

We are seeking a Graphic Designer with prior experience in the real estate industry and a strong focus on social media design. This is a remote role for candidates who will be working closely with our team and clients.

Your work will primarily involve creating engaging, on-brand social media content that balances creativity with professionalism expected in the real estate market.

Responsibilities

Design Requirements

  • Design high-quality, engaging graphics for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms).
  • Create visual assets tailored to the real estate sector, including agent branding, property marketing creatives, and campaign visuals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (content, video, copy) to ensure designs match brand guidelines.
  • Interpret briefs and produce polished, client-ready visuals on time.
  • Stay ahead of social media design trends while balancing real estate professionalism.
  • Take ownership of projects and deliver independently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of graphic design experience, with at least 1–2 years in the real estate sector (agency or in-house).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing social media design work and real estate marketing assets.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects a plus).
  • Strong grasp of typography, layout, and brand consistency.
  • Ability to produce designs that are creative yet professional.
  • Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration.
