Job Profile
At Naukripay, we are seeking a skilled Pure Textile Artiste to drive innovation in our home textile designs. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating and executing original designs for soft home furnishings.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
• Conceptualizing designs, creating sketches, and utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) software
• Creating samples, collaborating with tailors and craftspeople, and assembling fabric swatches
• Overseeing production, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with other departments
• Staying up-to-date with latest fashion trends, consumer preferences, and design and production techniques
• Effective communication with clients, technical, marketing, and buying staff, and representing the company at trade shows

Requirements
Successful applicants will have a bachelor's degree in fashion design, textile design, or a related field, and proficiency with design software programs. Strong understanding of textile production processes is also essential.
