We are seeking a seasoned creative professional to join our team as a Senior Visualizer. This role requires a highly skilled individual who can transform ideas into captivating visuals.

The ideal candidate will possess not only proficiency in design tools but also the ability to breathe life into concepts through imagination, precision, and a deep understanding of brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative visual concepts, layouts, and artworks for various mediums, including campaigns, digital, print, and social media platforms.
  • Translate briefs into compelling visual narratives while maintaining brand consistency and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, and creative leads to craft integrated campaigns that engage audiences.
  • Deliver high-quality designs, illustrations, and mock-ups that bring ideas to life.
  • Pursue new design trends, techniques, and styles to keep work fresh and engaging.
  • Ensure uniformity, quality, and attention to detail across all deliverables.
  • Guide and mentor junior designers where necessary, sharing valuable feedback and design best practices.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently, meeting tight deadlines while upholding high creative standards.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in design/visualisation (preferably in an agency setting).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing campaign work, social media design, branding, and visual storytelling.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).
  • Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Ability to receive constructive feedback positively and refine ideas promptly.
  • A keen eye for detail and the capacity to balance creativity with functionality.
  • Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and a proactive attitude.

Nice to Have:

  • Motion graphics / basic animation skills.
  • Experience working on digital-first campaigns.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools.
