Job Description

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement data protection policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential data risks, ensuring timely compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  3. Conduct periodic data protection impact assessments to inform business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
  4. Support incident response and breach notification procedures, promoting transparency and accountability within the organization.
  5. Advise on data protection and privacy matters, providing strategic recommendations to drive business growth while upholding regulatory obligations.
  6. Promote data protection awareness among employees, fostering a culture of compliance and responsibility.
  7. Ensure effective communication with internal stakeholders, regulatory authorities, and data subjects regarding data protection and privacy concerns.
