Business Central Solutions Expert

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the manufacturing domain and a strong understanding of Business Central/Dynamics NAV. They should have hands-on functional consulting involvement in implementation projects, with a focus on end-to-end tasks including project scoping, analysis, design, functional documentation, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service and delivery along with customer guidelines and requirements.
- Handle customer top management and understand their requirements and expectations of the product.
- Assist in pre-sales activities, including product demos.
- Collaborate with technical team members to implement Business Central solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The candidate should have experience in multiple BC/NAV functional modules, such as sales, purchase, finance, inventory, warehouse management, manufacturing, jobs, and service management. Additional skills in Power Platform products from a functional standpoint are also desirable.
