Expert Travel Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our inbound team as an Expert Customer Success – Inbound Tours. The ideal candidate will be the key link between our international travel partners and on-ground suppliers, curating unforgettable experiences for FITs and groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to B2B travel queries from international agents with exceptional customer service skills.
  • Design customised itineraries with accurate costing and creative experiences that meet clients' needs.
  • Handle end-to-end bookings with hotels, transport, guides, and other partners ensuring seamless operations.
  • Oversee travel documentation and provide real-time tour support to clients.
  • Maintain proactive follow-ups on payments, confirmations, and client updates ensuring timely communication.
  • Stay updated on destination trends to deliver innovative solutions that exceed client expectations.
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

  • 5–9 years of experience in inbound operations with a strong understanding of India & the Subcontinent.
  • Proven skills in itinerary planning, costing, and ground operations with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication in English (written & spoken) with ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to think critically in fast-paced environments.
