We are seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our software development lifecycle, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with developers, BAs, and other team members to understand requirements, identify test scenarios, and ensure test coverage
  • Create and execute automation test scripts and analyze results
  • Evaluate product code according to specifications
  • Provide detailed documentation of test results and defects
  • Report bugs and errors to development teams
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in functional and automation testing with banking domain
  • Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
  • Proficiency in programming language such as C#
  • Experience in frontend automation testing using Selenium
  • Create and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency
  • Understanding of project life cycle activities and QA methodologies
  • Knowledge on Agile methodologies
  • Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
  • Working knowledge of test case management software (e.g., Quality Center, JIRA, Zephyr, etc.) and SQL
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills
