Spearhead transformative data initiatives at an enterprise level as a seasoned Salesforce professional with 10+ years of hands-on experience. This role requires designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions to unlock customer insights, enable AI-driven personalization, and power intelligent engagement across the organization.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business objectives into actionable data strategies that drive growth and innovation.
  • Develop and integrate Salesforce solutions with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, MuleSoft, Tableau, and external data platforms to create a seamless customer experience.
  • Mentor and lead a team of Salesforce professionals including admins, developers, and data engineers to ensure the success of data-driven projects.
  • Define best practices for data ingestion, APIs, connectors, and real-time streaming pipelines to maximize data quality and efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce architecture, data integration, and enterprise solution design.
  • Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT pipelines, APIs, connectors, and real-time streaming (Kafka, MuleSoft, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with data modeling, identity resolution, consent management, and profile unification.
  • Deep understanding of data governance, compliance (GDPR, CCPA), and security best practices.
