The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in deploying and supporting security practices and technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and security anomaly monitoring solutions in OT landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the OT cyber security program, focusing on risk assessment, threat analysis, and remediation planning
- Develop and implement OT security solutions that meet IEC62443/ISA99 standards
- Conduct network segmentation validation, backup, remote support, and incident management

Requirements:
- 10-15 years of experience in OT security industry practices
- Experience in IT-OT network security assessment and solution design for manufacturing environments
- Working knowledge of current OT security and safety regulations, standards, and guidelines
- Familiarity with industrial control systems and operational technology
