Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate team members, assign duties, and delegate tasks as needed.
- Responsible for recipe reviews, controlling production levels, and recommending cost-saving ideas.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and daily requisitions.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to public health standards and HACCP regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in upscale establishments, including at least 2 years as a Senior Chef or equivalent role.
- Culinary school degree required.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Excellent customer service, teamwork, and conflict resolution abilities are necessary.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and intermediate computer software skills are also required.
