Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in upscale establishments, including at least 2 years as a Senior Chef or equivalent role.
  • Culinary school degree required.
  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Excellent customer service, teamwork, and conflict resolution abilities are necessary.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and intermediate computer software skills are also required.
