HSE Director for Sustainable Operations

This role requires a strong leader with extensive experience in managing multiple projects and teams. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, develop and implement policies and procedures, and provide training and guidance to employees.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive health, safety, and environmental management systems
  • Conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Providing training and guidance to employees on health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
  • Liaising with stakeholders to resolve issues and address concerns

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in a health and safety related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role in health, safety, and environmental management
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful health, safety, and environmental programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
