About the Role

The primary objective of this position is to oversee the production of mobile games from conception to delivery. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers and game designers, to develop and implement a comprehensive game design document (GDD). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in producing multiple mobile games and possess strong project planning skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver projects on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Game Designers to finalize GDDs for each release and ensure timely shipping.
  • Develop clear project plans that align with stakeholder expectations, ensuring all necessary data is provided to engineers, testers, artists, analysts, and marketing teams.
  • Maintain up-to-date project plans and report any issues or blockers to relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with the Delivery Head to ensure resource requirements are met.
Requirements
  • Deep passion for mobile games.
  • Experience producing at least 10 mobile games in the recent past.
  • Background in game engineering or game design preferred.
  • Strong project planning skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to deliver projects on time consistently.
Educational Qualifications
  • Graduate or Diploma in Game Designing or equivalent educational background.
